Heroic is available for all Major operating systems.
Linux
Supported OS versions: Ubuntu 22.04 or newer, OpenSuse Tumbleweed, Fedora 37 or newer, Arch Linux and derivatives (such as Manjaro, Garuda, and EndeavourOS). Heroic will work on most other Linux distros, but it may require some additional setup and troubleshooting. It is also supported on SteamOS, but downloading is only available through the Discover software center.
AppImage
Download it in AppImage format so it will work on any Linux distro. The AppImage can update itself when a new version is released.
Other
Heroic is also distributed in RPM, DEB and a TAR.XZ file. Check for alternative repos in our Github.
Windows
Supported OS versions: Windows 10 and 11
Setup (x64)Recommended
Install Heroic on your system and get auto-updates when a new version is released. Next, Next, Finish!
Setup (ARM64)
For Windows on ARM devices (such as Snapdragon X / Surface). Installs Heroic with auto-updates, same as the x64 version.
Portable
Use the portable version in case you do not want the full installation. Check for x64 and arm64 versions on our Github.
MacOS
Supported OS versions: macOS 14 or newer.
Apple Chips (M1 and Newer)
Optimized for Apple Silicon Chips. Open it and copy the Heroic App to the Applications folder and you are good to go!
Intel Chips
Optimized for Intel Chips. Open it and copy the Heroic App to the Applications folder and you are good to go!
